Sara’s Background and Education
In 2002, Sara left her decade-long career focused in Leadership Development for several technology and communications firms. During her role as an internal consultant and coach, she earned her frequent flyer gold status on dozens of trips to work with more than 5,000 leaders in places as far-flung as London, Lubbock, Seoul and St. Paul. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications and a master’s degree in Organizational Management.
Intuitive Skills Started Young
Growing up in Spokane, WA, Sara was exposed to conversations about business over the dinner table. When she was 12, she got to spend a weekend learning from self-development guru Lou Tice. As a teenager, Sara regularly observed leadership team meetings held by her father, who was president of a mid-sized public company. Even then, Sara made observations about people’s behavior in the group, revealing a keen ability to tune into unspoken dynamics. It felt natural to Sara to be in a room with leaders and to see their humanity beyond their title.
The Making of a Meaningful Life
Today, dedicated to the same level of growth she asks of clients, Sara’s life is marked by depth, meaning and joy. She has intensively worked with several teachers exploring the psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of working with her own unconscious conditioning and patterns. Remaining dedicated to her own journey first, she is able to act as a bridge between the physical and esoteric worlds.
She married her husband Jesse in 1998 and has two teenaged sons. In addition, Gus, their high maintenance mini-Golden-Doodle, most definitely has her heart. She is passionate about movement and sound because both remind her there’s a distinct rhythm and flow to life.
